Job Description The IT PMO Center of Excellence Lead (CoE) is accountable for establishing, maintaining and enforcing and enterprise-wide project, program, and portfolio management excellence across the IT organization. This role drives and maintains the PMO methodology (waterfall, agile and hybrid) resource capacity, PM standards and tools that ensure predictable and consistent delivery, strategic alignment, and measurable value realization across the IT investment portfolio. The IT PMO COE lead partners closely with PPM Governance, portfolio leads, product leaders, and business stakeholders to enable consistent delivery outcomes while supporting multiple delivery models (agile, waterfall, and hybrid). “The job is conducted in line with our Core Values which are: agility, empathy, long-term view, unity and integrity.
