Job Description This role serves as a senior individual contributor primarily supporting the project management, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Total Rewards programs and initiatives across the Americas, with involvement in select global projects. The primary focus will be within Compensation initiatives. The position partners closely with Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support cost‑effective, compliant, and scalable solutions, with a strong emphasis on project execution, vendor performance, data governance, and system enablement. The role also contributes to Total Rewards-related M&A integration activities and continuous improvement efforts, supporting harmonization and a consistent associate experience across the region.
