About the Position As a Junior Sales Trader, you will join Old Mission's fast growing institutional sales desk that builds and maintains meaningful trading relationships on behalf of the firm. You will be responsible for managing ETF RFQs for clients, executing equity orders as part of our portfolio trading operation, and serving as the bridge between clients and the Old Mission trading desks. You will learn about pricing and microstructure for an array of products and markets around the world. You will also have the opportunity over time to join client meetings and help manage relationships.
