About the Team You will join OKX's Web3 Ops team, focused on driving DeFi lending protocol growth within the public chain ecosystem. What You'll Do - Define and execute the growth strategy for DeFi lending protocols on the public chain ecosystem. - Deeply understand lending protocol mechanics and user behavior, designing effective incentive programs and growth playbooks. - Establish deep partnerships with protocol teams, driving joint operations, liquidity bootstrapping, and ecosystem incentive programs. -
