Role Summary We are seeking a People Operational Excellence Specialist to evolve and scale how work gets done across People Operations. This role will combine HR operations, process design, digital enablement, and AI, with the expectation of simplifying, standardizing, and scaling People processes so our teams can move faster and with greater impact. You will support redesigning end-to-end People Operations processes by embedding AI-enabled capabilities and automation. As a critical connector between People and IT, you will translate People needs into platform requirements and help shape how Workday, ServiceNow, and emerging AI solutions work together to support a scalable, data-driven Shared Services model.
