Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr Director, Data Strategy & Analytics, this role is responsible for supporting the implementation and integrations of large data assets and analytics into the Ocular CRM. Work with the Sr Director, Data Strategy & Analytics to optimize all reporting platforms. The Sr Associate, Business Analytics must be able to work in a matrix organization to compliantly address the analytical needs of his/her internal customers. II. Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Lead configuration, customization, maintenance, and support in the effective assessment, development, delivery, and usage of Ocular's CRM application for Field Sales, Reimbursement and Medical teams. - Design, develop, deploy, provide end user support, and maintain dashboards, reports, user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. while integrating the team's business needs into Veeva CRM. -
