About the Role We're looking for a GTM Talent Partner who understands modern B2B marketing and knows how to identify high-impact talent in a fast-growing environment. What You'll Own - Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles - Partner with Marketing leadership to define role scope and success profiles - Build targeted pipelines from top SaaS, cybersecurity, and tech companies - Lead direct sourcing and candidate engagement strategy - Drive high-quality interview processes and candidate experience - Provide insights on market trends, compensation, and talent landscape - Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, ensuring a strong hiring bar What We're Looking For - 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with focus on GTM roles - Strong understanding of B2B marketing
