Summary We're looking for a Regional Director to own a region and win in it. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing and developing a team of Account Executives, driving execution through the team, and stepping into the most critical deals. You will take ownership of the most important opportunities in your region. There is no fully built machine here. You will help create it. What You'll Do - Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team - Hire and ramp Account Executives in your region - Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition - Step into critical deals and help drive them to close - Establish how the region operates and wins - Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth What we're looking for -
