About the Role We're looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Lead (US) to lead and scale our hiring efforts across the U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role , combining team management with individual ownership of key hires. You'll lead a team of recruiters while partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing technical teams. You'll play a critical role in building high-performing GTM teams and shaping how we hire as we scale. This role requires a high sense of ownership and urgency - we move fast and expect the same.
