About The Position: As the GTM Enablement Manager , you'll build and scale enablement programs that empower Oasis internal GTM teams, as well as our Partners and Customers. This includes building the Sales Enablement: establishing enablement programs and resources to equip Sales, SEs, BDRs and CSMs teams with the skills, tools, and insights needed to improve performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. You'll also manage the rollout and optimization of the LMS/CMS tool. How You'll Make an Impact: - Sales/ Technical Enablement - Design the onboarding paths for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CSMs and roll out the role based Certification paths. - In partnerships with Product and Product Marketing create and maintain enablement content such as sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, product messaging, and pitch frameworks.
