As an Event Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. This role requires agility, professionalism, attention to detail, and grace under pressure. Join us in crafting extraordinary and transformative experiences. Job Responsibilities: - Project Delivery - Own and lead event production projects, ensuring seamless onsite execution - Manage and execute programs up to $1M, taking full ownership of production processes - Ensure project / program are delivered on-time and on-budget with flawless execution - Collaborate with cross functional teams and agency partners to facilitate clear communication and execution - Work closely with leadership to assess and allocate project resources efficiently - Client Management - Manage client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are executed in a timely manner - Provide clear ongoing communication to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs - Budget Management - Develop and manage project budgets independently -
