Summary of Position : We're looking for an Associate Recruiter who's excited about building teams and connecting great people to meaningful opportunities. This person will play a key role in helping shape the future of NVE by supporting hiring across Production, Creative, Accounts, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and more. This role is ideal for someone who loves both the people side and the operational side of recruiting. Someone who can jump from sourcing passive candidates, to coordinating interviews, to managing pipelines, to partnering with hiring managers, all while creating an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. We're looking for someone who's eager to grow their recruiting career, bring new ideas to the table, and become a trusted partner across the business. This role reports directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition. Role Priorities : Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own full-cycle recruiting for select entry-level and junior roles across the agency, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and candidate management.
