As a Senior Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. Job Responsibilities: Project Delivery - Provide seamless pre-production & on-site execution across multiple projects - Manage and execute programs up to $1MM++, taking full ownership of production processes - Ensure project / program is delivered on-time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations - Serve as a key communicator between cross-functional teams and agency partners - Ensure projects are resourced effectively and efficiently, both for project team as well as external vendors Client Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed and executed in a timely manner - Own all client communications regarding production timelines, budget tracking, and program logistics Budget Management - Develop and manage project
