Plan laboratory workload, including sample flow, testing schedules, and resource allocation Perform and support routine and non-routine analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in accordance with approved test methods and specifications Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to laboratory staff for analytical methods, instrumentation, and data interpretation Review analytical results, laboratory documentation, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards Ensure proper operation, calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment Le
