The Senior Manager, Employee Engagement Communications helps employees understand what matters, why it matters, and how it connects to the company's broader direction. This role works closely with HR, IT and other partners to turn complex priorities and change into clear, thoughtful communications that help people stay informed and feel connected. Success in this role requires strong judgment, excellent writing, a sharp feel for organizational dynamics and culture, and the ability to build trusted relationships across leaders, teams and functions.
