What You'll Do: Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and long‑term maintenance work, including outage planning Review, develop, and prioritize maintenance work orders for accuracy, scope, and readiness Create job plans detailing labor, materials, tools, and sequencing Estimate labor and material costs and monitor work order and purchase order spending Coordinate material availability with warehouse and Materials Department Maintain and manage maintenance backlog and preventive maintenance plans Develop and distribute daily and weekly work schedules; attend scheduling meetings Serve as the primary liaison for maintenance activities and coordinate with associated crafts Support safety planning by identifying required precautions, PPE, and compliance requiremen
