About the Role As a senior member of Nuro's Technical Sourcing team, you will build and maintain top-tier talent pipelines for leadership and technical roles across ML, AI, and Robotics. Partnering closely with engineering leaders and recruiters, you will deliver targeted research, craft personalized outreach for passive and competitive talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
