Summary Vivint Smart Home is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end setup experience for our customers. This role is responsible for how millions of customers successfully onboard and activate their devices through the Vivint mobile app. Setup is one of the most critical moments in the customer journey. It directly shapes installation time, product quality, and long-term customer satisfaction. This leader will define and evolve how setup works across our entire device ecosystem, ensuring the experience is simple, fast, and reliable at scale. You will operate across hardware, mobile software, and field operations, working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, design, QA, and data teams. You will be accountable for setting the long-term direction, building alignment across teams, and delivering measurable improvements in both efficiency and quality of setup.
