Summary Vivint Smart Home is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end device connectivity experience across our product ecosystem. This role is responsible for how Vivint devices connect to a customer's home network and how they stay connected over time. Connectivity is foundational to product performance, installation quality, and long-term customer trust. This leader will define and evolve the strategy for reliable, scalable connectivity across our devices, ensuring experiences are simple, resilient, and built for the realities of the home environment. You will operate across hardware, platform software, mobile, and other cross-functional teams, partnering closely with engineering, design, QA, data, and operations.
