The Position The Director, HEOR Evidence Synthesis is part of the HEOR Evidence Synthesis and Strategy (HEOR-ESS) sub-team and serves as the HEOR evidence synthesis lead ensuring that HEOR evidence generated internally and externally is leveraged to support pre-launch, launch and life-cycle management of therapies. The HEOR-ESS sub-team is part of a larger Clinical Data Science and Evidence (CDSE) team which sits within the CMR department. The mission of the HEOR-ESS team is to develop the HEOR evidence strategy that corresponds with the strategy of the larger organization and synthesize and disseminate impactful real-world evidence generated by the RWE and modeling teams within CDSE.
