OUR TECHNOLOGY STACK We leverage Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS to bring our products to life. For Data Analytics we use MixPanel, DataDog, Grafana and Sagemaker. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a product-minded analytics leader with 5+ years of experience across product analytics, data engineering, or both, to bring structure, rigor, and creativity to how Nova Credit uses data to drive product decisions. Today, our analytics landscape spans multiple tools, inconsistent practices, and untapped potential-and we need someone who can own the path forward bringing product and data engineering lenses to our team. In this role you'll partner closely with teams across Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to establish analytics best practices, support customer-facing data processes, and bring product metrics to the forefront of decision-making.
