About the Role As Notion expands its partner ecosystem, we're seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to bridge our internal SE organization with our growing network of partner SEs in the US and LATAM. In this unique role, you'll be the technical leader who enables, develops, and orchestrates partner SE capabilities while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex customer engagements. You'll own the technical enablement of partner SE teams, working alongside our existing enablement programs to build partner-specific curriculum. You'll establish a "Black Belt Program" to identify and certify top partner SEs,
