Key Responsibilities Social Content - Plan and manage social media content calendars across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) - Develop content concepts, generate ideas, prepare briefs, and write captions aligned with brand tone and messaging - Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to produce static content and both short-form and long-form video content - Provide marketing materials to relevant teams and coordinate content publishing and sharing - Work with the service team to monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions - Track social media trends, performance insights, and competitor activities - Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimization strategies Community - Build and manage online communities on Facebook Groups and the website through activities, on-ground events, and value-added content - Act as the main point of contact for Nothing Fans and
