Content & Social Lead - CMF by Nothing We're hiring our first content person. This is a build role, not a manage role. You will own CMF's social presence and YouTube channel end-to-end - strategy, production, publishing, and performance. No team above you. No agency doing the heavy lifting. You set the creative direction and you ship it. What the job actually is You'll plan and produce content across Instagram and YouTube - not just reels and posts, but long-form videos, product films, and platform-native series. You'll brief and manage external crew and vendors when needed, and you'll know when to pick up the camera yourself.
