Role: As an Inventory Specialist at Northwood, you will be an integral part of our Supply Chain team, ensuring that materials, hardware, and components flow seamlessly through our Torrance manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in enabling rapid production and deployment of our systems, maintaining precision and reliability across all inventory operations. We operate in a lean, transparent, high-trust environment that rewards initiative and adaptability. You'll work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to ensure our inventory systems scale with our growth. Responsibilities : - Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, parts, and hardware to support manufacturing and R&D operations - Pick, organize, and stage components to keep production running efficiently and ensure build accuracy. - Verify incoming materials for conformity, quantity, part numbers, and damage-free condition - Maintain strict material handling and traceability practices - Monitor shelf-life storage and perform stock rotations to ensure part integrity - Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventories - Record all inventory movements and transactions in our ERP system with attention to detail - Support inventory replenishment and continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain team - Perform
