This is a senior, strategic role responsible for shaping commercial outcomes across the full lifecycle - from early opportunity and bid strategy through to contract execution and ongoing commercial management. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor to executives and senior leaders, integrating inputs across Programs, Finance, Legal, Contracts and Supply Chain to deliver clear, aligned and commercially sound recommendations. A key focus of the role is uplifting commercial capability and maturity across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver commercial strategies to support business cases, bids, proposals and major programs Provide high‑quality commercial advice to senior leadership on risk, pricing, contracting and negotiation strategy Identify, manage and escalate complex commercial risks and issues across opportunities and programs Lead or support complex, high‑value commercial negotiations Act as the central commercial integrator, ensuring alignment across functions and clear decision‑making Drive initiatives to uplift commercial capability, including frameworks, tools and ways of working About You You are a senior commercial leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and can operate confidently with executive stakeholders.
