Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture - Program & OPEX, you will partner closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational P&C solutions that enable business outcomes, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience. This is a true generalist business partner role, combining strategic advisory work with hands‑on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while contributing to enterprise‑wide people initiatives. In this role, you will: Partner with leaders to deliver P&C strategies aligned to business objectives Provide expert advice across the full spectrum of people management, including workforce planning, performance, engagement, talent and succession Lead and manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance management, grievances and disciplinary processes Oversee HR/IR case management to ensure compliant, fair and timely outcomes Support remuneration and benefits activities, including annual compensation reviews, reward and recognition programs, and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements Lead and deliver cyclical P&C programs such as performance, engagement, early careers, diversity, talent and training initiatives Contribute to P&C projects, reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvement Support workforce design and mobilisation activities, including input into business development and capture activities Build strong stakeholder relationships
