About the Role Our AI Team is looking for a Lead Backend Engineer. In this role, you'll own significant backend engineering scope, driving key agentic AI engineering initiatives across the business while providing hands-on technical leadership to a small team of engineers. This is an IC-first role: 80% engineering, 20% managing others. You'll work closely with other engineering leaders in the org to define scope, optimize how we support the business, and lead GenAI projects that extend what we're already building.
