The role as a (Sr.) Data Operations Analyst will support our data coding and quality initiatives in the APAC Region and will be situated in our Shanghai, China office. As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be leveraging AI-powered workflows and automation to enhance item coding accuracy, streamline data processes, and collaborate closely with both local and global teams to ensure smooth and quality project execution from data intake through delivery. Responsibilities Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve data coding accuracy, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline operational processes. Design, test, and refine prompts to achieve high-quality, consistent outputs in production-level coding workflows (prompt engineering). Use Python, SQL, or similar tools to process, clean, and transform large-scale datasets; develop automation scripts to support daily operations. Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and perform data analysis to track operational KPIs such as accuracy, completion rates, and delivery timelines.
