Job Description: Execute low to medium complexity quality control tasks under supervision. Ensure accurate setting of QC Ratings as a quality benchmark and foundation for further analysis. Maintain compliance with global quality standards as defined by the MI OPS framework. Identify and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with high accuracy and attention to detail. Strong technical skills to perform quality checks effectively, including deeper knowledge of tools and systems used. Solid written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess data and identify root causes. Sound judgment in handling ambiguous or complex situations. Product knowledge in a limited set of Product Groups. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. Should have a bachelors degree.
