Principal Data Operations Analyst Shanghai, SH, China Company Description: Job Description: Role Purpose The Principal Data Operations Analyst - CI (Output) plays a critical role in driving end-to-end operational excellence for data output delivery. This role acts as a subject-matter expert and change agent, leading continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening output quality, timeliness, and scalability, and ensuring standardized, compliant, and client-ready data delivery across complex operational environments. Key Responsibilities Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence Lead CI initiatives to improve output quality, cycle time, and efficiency. Identify root causes and implement scalable, standardized solutions. Define KPIs and success metrics for CI initiatives. Output Quality & Delivery Governance Own output quality controls and validation frameworks. Ensure compliance with global standards and SOPs. Act as escalation point for complex delivery issues. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Client Ops, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams. Represent Data Ops Output perspective in Data Ops forums. Coaching & Capability Building Contribute to documentation and training materials. Qualifications: Strong Data Operations and output delivery experience. Proven CI / process improvement background. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
