Data Operations Expert Shanghai, SH, China Company Description: Job Description: About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Output Expert to join our Data Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data production cycles and delivering high-quality outputs to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with operational standards. You will play a critical role at the final stage of the data pipeline, transforming processed data into client-ready deliverables. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end data production cycles and generate client deliverables Ensure all outputs are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines (SLA-driven) Perform validation checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of outputs Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or production issues Follow standardized workflows for production, validation, and release Collaborate with Data, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve issues Support business-as-usual (BAU) requests and ad hoc client delivery needs Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support process automation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in data operations, reporting, or production environments Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with data tools or databases is a plus Additional Information: Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication
