SUMMARY: Leads complex reporting and analysis for assigned business teams to provide performance summaries across channels. Identify and deliver regular, actionable business and customer insights to business teams, NOA Leadership, and other stakeholders. Drive efficiencies through developing automated reporting/dashboards, maintaining related systems, developing new processes, implementing testing, and forecasting. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES - Act as a strategic partner to business teams holding regular insight touch points and proactively providing data driven recommendations. - Contribute to forecasting processes by interpreting data, documenting assumptions, refining models, and making operational adjustments to input / output. - Use
