DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: - General: - Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and requests, including benefits, leave, policies, and workplace practices. - Partner with studio leadership to support employee needs, strengthen employee engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture. - Support employee relations matters by documenting concerns, assisting with investigations, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. - Support HR initiatives including performance management cycles, annual reviews, onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee offboarding. - Partner with Retro Studios and Nintendo recruiting teams to support hiring-related processes, onboarding integration, and recruitment initiatives as needed. - Support effective communication and implementation of studio-wide HR policies, programs, and initiatives. - Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures. - Maintain accurate, confidential employee personnel records and HRIS data; conduct audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and
