This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, service quality, and performance through data-driven insights, structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, service quality, and performance through data-driven insights, structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Process Improvement - Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions. - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and operational reviews. - Develop and implement structured process improvement frameworks to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. - Conduct root cause analysis on operational failures and recommend corrective actions. - Benchmark internal operational performance against industry standards and identify improvement opportunities. Data Analytics & Reporting - Perform hands-on analysis of operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance issues. - Develop, maintain, and automate operational dashboards and reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools. - Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for management review. - Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to improve data visibility and reporting efficiency.
