Position Specific Description Job Overview Employees in this role are responsible for regulatory interface, developing regulatory strategy, and representation of company in legal or regulatory proceedings. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Analyzes and reports on changes in regulations and their expected impacts • Prepares federal and state certification applications and required filings • Assists management in the monitoring of state and federal regulatory and legislative development to identify issues affecting company's operations and plans • Assists in coordinating the representation of organization's interests before state regulatory and legislative bodies or industry standard setting committees • Influences rules and procedures • Provides guidance to less experienced regulatory affairs analysts • Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications • High School Grad / GED • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience • Experience: 6+ years Preferred Qualifications • None NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and the
