Job Overview: Experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Engineering to lead our engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, driving process improvements, managing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering initiatives into the Manufacturing footprint of LATAM and US. The main responsibility is to lead a global (LATAM/US) cross-functional team to deploy projects across the Manufacturing segments of the supply chain and the same time we oversee the laboratory operation in Hattiesburg.
