Job title Production Supervisor Reports to Operations Manager FLSA Non Exempt (FH) Location Lumberton, NC Band/Grade Job Purpose The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day activities of the production process for a 8-hour shift (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) The position involves supervising and developing multiple direct reports in all production disciplines to ensure company objectives are met and company policies are followed.
