POSITION SUMMARY: Monitor, troubleshoot, setup, changeover, and startup, and shutdown specific manufacturing equipment including automation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪Accurately perform machine / mold set-up and shutdown duties for molding operations. ▪Assist with sample/validation runs on new and revised products. ▪Document machine and automation settings to include; mold setup and program changes as defined by written instructions. ▪Identify, troubleshoot and resolve machine or automation malfunctions, quality, and in-process issues. ▪Machine operation including controls, safety switches, restarts/start-ups, and shutdowns. ▪Monitor and record machine performance rates. ▪Complete required Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks as assigned. ▪Keep a clean work area, machines / equipment and sustain 6S principles. ▪Adhere to and comply with all written GMP/Safety policies and procedures. ▪Participate in PEAK initiatives as direct
