General Responsibility - The Maintenance Technician will have daily responsibilities to include ensuring compliance with safety/ environmental policies and support TPM and Lean processes. Maintenance Technicians are also responsible for executing the TPM process while supporting production to ensure efficient operations and its continual improvements. Job Duties/Essential Functions: Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on assigned equipment and instrumentation Troubleshoot and Repair six axis robotics and pick and place robotics Electrical troubleshooting including PLC's using discreet and analog inputs/outputs Troubleshoot and repair modern injection molding machines, including: hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and computer based machine issues Troubleshoot and repair material conveying systems Have the ability to operate man lifts to a height of 30feet Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in o
