Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a focus on safety, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
