RESPONSABILIDADES Participar activamente en equipos multidisciplinarios de desarrollo de producto (APQP), asegurando la validación de nuevos productos, extensiones de línea y componentes electromecánicos, en cumplimiento con requisitos funcionales y normativos. Coordinar pilotos de ingeniería, incluyendo su planificación, ejecución y documentación de resultados. Gestionar y coordinar pruebas de producto terminado y materia prima en conjunto con el laboratorio de calidad y cumpliendo los lineamientos de Seguridad y Medio ambiente. Diseñar y coordinar la fabricación de aditamentos (fixtures de ingeniería) necesarios para corridas piloto y producción regular. Gestionar cambios de ingeniería (ECO/ECR) en BOMs, dibujos y documentación técnica. Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica de productos (matrices de motores, datos técnicos, tooling, etc.).
