About the Role As Executive Assistant, you will foster a sense of effectiveness and efficiency, by using your strong command of administrative office skills. You will represent the SVP and The New York Times brand, to both internal colleagues and external clients. You will be expected to approach tasks and requests with a proactive “can-do” attitude, while you report directly to the Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales. Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient and economical facilitation of general office administration - Communicate and manage the flow of office management policies and procedures - Schedule appointments, interviews, conference calls and meetings including booking conference rooms - Manage travel bookings of airfare and hotels while observing company policies - Enter monthly Expense Reports - Maintain good working relationships with vendors/suppliers and internal operations functions. - Perform other responsibilities, including preparing reports, coordinate vacation schedules, track days off (i.e. vacation, personal, sick days) - Calendar management -
