About the Role As the International Tax Director you will be a key leader in our international tax function. Your role will involve international tax planning and oversight of the international tax components of the U.S. federal income tax return, and managing multiple other U.S. and foreign compliance and reporting requirements. You will be in a hybrid remote/in-office position where you will work out of our NYC headquarters 3 days per week reporting to the Vice President, Tax and managing a team of two. Responsibilities: - Identify international tax issues, perform technical tax research and participate in hands-on work on multiple international tax projects, including modeling impacts of tax initiatives and developments and legal structure planning. - Manage permanent establishment risks, working with Legal, HR, International Payroll, Global Mobility and other departments within the Company to mitigate risks and set up appropriate international structures, documentation and processes. - Partner with foreign
