What We're About At its core, the Deployment Strategist role is about turning one of the most significant technological shifts in financial services into a commercial reality. The largest wealth management firms in the United States know that AI will transform how they operate. They come to Nevis with a belief that the only way to serve more clients, retain more assets, and scale their business is to fundamentally change how their advisors work. Deployment Strategists are responsible for making that belief a reality. This is an intensely commercial role. You will own some of the largest and most complex enterprise deals in the wealth management industry, end-to-end. That means understanding a firm's business deeply enough to identify where AI creates the most value, building the business case that compels their leadership to act, and then leading the deployment that delivers it.
