The Role We are looking for a mission-driven Customer Success Manager to help make our customer base fall in love with our products. In this role, you will act as the human interface between our Product team and the community of Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) that use Nevis every day. You'll work directly with some of the most accomplished investment professionals in the world to ensure they can make the most of Nevis, turbocharge their operations and enable them to spend less time at their desk and more with their clients. You'll also be in charge of the feedback loop that brings fresh and non-obvious insights from the field into our offices. You'll work closely with a hyper-talented team of AI engineers, researchers and designers to help build the next generation of AI-powered solutions for the wealth management industry.
