POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a staff full-stack engineer whose core strength is building customer-facing products. You will own the experiences that managers, drivers, and operations teams interact with every day - whether that's a web application, a mobile interface, or workflows that integrate into tools they already use. You have strong frontend instincts and good design taste. You know how to take ambiguous customer problems, ship something quickly, watch how people actually use it, and iterate. You are also comfortable building the backend services and APIs that power those experiences. Mobile development experience is a plus but not required. This is a small, early-stage team. You will move between frontend and backend as priorities shift, shape product direction through what you build and learn, and work directly with customers from day one.
