Role Overview Vectra AI is seeking a Director of Security Engineering (Pre-Sales) for West / Central region , to lead and scale a high-performing team of Security Engineers supporting enterprise sales. This leader will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building technical credibility with customers, and developing a world-class sales engineering organization. The Director will be responsible for team leadership, strategic deal support, talent development, and cross-functional alignment across sales, product, marketing, and customer success. This role is ideal for a player-coach leader who thrives in high-growth cybersecurity environments and is passionate about helping organizations defend against sophisticated threats.
