There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic. You'll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible. Our Founding Technical Recruiter will build the team that builds the AI revenue engine. This role combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on recruiting, finding the exceptional engineers and operators who can solve the hardest problems in applied AI. What You'll Do: - Own full‑cycle hiring: Drive sourcing → close for engineers, ML researchers, and GTM technologists; you're the single threaded owner on every job req. - Build outbound machinery: Design repeatable email, LinkedIn, and community hunts that surface 10× builders long before they're on the market. - Craft the right filters: Build out role‑specific rubrics, technical screens, and onsite loops that predict on‑the‑job success. - Sell the mission: Deliver a crisp, credible pitch on Netic's frontier‑AI moat that converts “maybe” candidates into same‑day signers. - Instrument & iterate: Track funnel metrics, time‑to‑hire, and close rates; turn data into weekly process tweaks that keep
