Sr. Systems Engineer, Enterprise - France Le Chesnay, France, Le Chesnay, France Role Overview NETGEAR is seeking a technically skilled and customer-centric Systems Engineer to support our Enterprise and IT customers. This role focuses on delivering technical leadership during the sales cycle and beyond, ensuring successful deployments of wired and wireless enterprise networking solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with deep knowledge in Wi-Fi, LAN switching, cloud networking, and Zero Trust security. You will also play a key role in relaying customer feedback to influence product strategy and innovation, while working closely with MSPs, VARs, and channel partners. Key Responsibilities - Partner with account teams, MSPs, VARs, and channel partners to deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to enterprise customer needs. - Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, switching, routing, security, and cloud networking solutions. - Present technical content to diverse audiences, including IT stakeholders, MSPs, VARs, and internal teams. - Act as the technical bridge between customers, partners, and NETGEAR Support, ensuring smooth post-sales transitions, managing escalations, and maintaining a consistent customer experience. - Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering, analysing, and communicating technical feedback and feature requests to Product Management. - Design and support secure networking environments leveraging Zero Trust principles, including user/device segmentation, role-based access, and secure onboarding. - Promote and support the adoption of cloud-managed networking platforms, enabling scalable multi-site management with capabilities such as zero-touch provisioning, real-time alerts, firmware lifecycle management, and
